Guide
A few simple habits make a big difference in how your insoles feel — and how long they last.
Like new shoes, new insoles can feel different for the first few days as your feet adjust to the added support. We recommend wearing them for 2–3 hours on day one, then gradually increasing wear time over the first week.
Insoles work best in shoes with a snug, structured fit. Very loose or very narrow shoes can affect how the insole sits and performs.
If you wear the same shoes daily, giving insoles a rest day between wears can help them keep their shape for longer.
If you notice flattened cushioning, cracking, or that your usual support has faded, it's time for a new pair. Most people replace TNAAS insoles every 6–12 months.
