Care Guide

Simple care goes a long way — here's how to keep your TNAAS insoles fresh and supportive.

Cleaning

Drying

Air dry insoles flat, away from direct heat or sunlight, for at least 24 hours before putting them back in your shoes. Heat can warp foam layers and shorten the insole's lifespan.

Odour Control

Letting insoles air out overnight (rather than leaving them inside closed shoes) is the single best way to prevent odour build-up.

Storage

If you're not using a pair for a while, store them flat in a cool, dry place — avoid folding or rolling them, which can crease the support structure.

For general wear tips, see Comfort Coaching.
